We can assist if you wish to acquire a business with valuable IP, have assets to be sold or licensed which include IP, or are concerned about your standard agreements relating to manufacturing, consultancy, research and development and / or licensing arrangements.

Commercial services include:

• Advising on maximising the value of IP rights in terms of their exploitation and commercialisation
• Advising on and drafting agreements relating to the creation, licensing, assignment, protection and disclosure of IP
• Preparing and reviewing due diligence reports in connection with the sale and / or acquisition of IP
• Working with clients, in conjunction with Marks & Clerk Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys, in the preparation of IP disclosure reports in relation to raising finance
• Advising on competition / anti-trust issues in relation to IP rights
